Choosing the right early learning environment is an important decision. At Evergreen Learning Centre, we aim to make the admissions process clear, supportive, and stress-free for families.

Evergreen Learning Centre welcomes learners across our early learning stages, subject to space availability. 

Learners are placed according to age, developmental readiness, and available space within each class.

Our admissions process is designed to be simple and parent-friendly

Initial Enquiry

Contact the school via phone, email, or the online enquiry form.

School Visit / Tour

Parents are encouraged to visit the school to meet our team and view our learning environment.

Application Form Submission

Complete and submit the official application form with the required supporting documents.

Application Review

Applications are reviewed based on age suitability and class availability

Offer of Placement

Successful applicants receive a formal offer of placement.

Confirmation & Enrollment

Placement is confirmed upon payment of the enrollment fee and submission of final documents.

Required Documents

To process an application, the following documents are required:

  1. Completed application form
  2. Copy of the child’s birth certificate
  3. Copy of parent/guardian ID
  4. Latest clinic card or immunization record
  5. Proof of residence
  6. Recent passport-size photograph of the child

Additional documents may be requested where necessary.
